- EthicalTube may remove content that violates laws, our guidelines, or community standards.
- Content must be accurately labeled, including AI-assisted creations.
AI-Assisted Content
- AI-assisted videos must include disclosure of AI usage.
- Misrepresentation of AI content as fully human-generated is prohibited.
- Creators retain ownership but must comply with copyright and ethical standards.
User Conduct
- Do not interfere with platform operations, including scraping or hacking.
- Do not impersonate other users or mislead the community.
- Respect privacy of other users and do not share private information without consent.
Child Safety
- We strictly prohibit content that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes minors.
- Parents/guardians should supervise accounts of users under 18.
- Reports of child endangerment will be forwarded to law enforcement immediately.
Comments and Interaction
- Users may post comments or replies in a responsible and respectful manner.
- EthicalTube reserves the right to remove abusive or harmful comments.
- No nested or threaded comments beyond one level of replies are allowed.
Intellectual Property
- All platform content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Users grant EthicalTube a license to host, display, and share uploaded videos.
- Users retain ownership of their content, but must ensure it does not infringe third-party rights.

Donations and Monetization
